There is a very big emphasis on respect in my classroom. Respecting self and others is the 1st unit I cover in Health, but we also focus on this throughout the year.
We will be learning alot about Terry Fox this month. We will research him on the Internet, read about him in books and watch a movie about him. Terry embodied courage, hope and respect and is a great example of a Canadian hero!
